Raleigh Canada Limited Warranty

All Raleigh steel and chromoly frames as well as rigid forks, carry a limited lifetime warranty, to the original owner, covering all defects in material and workmanship. All Raleigh aluminum frames carry a 2 year warranty, limited to the original owner, covering all defects in material and workmanship.

Components carry a 90 day warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship.

Suspension forks and spring shock units by their nature are considered components and are covered in the 90 day component warranty.

Failure of frames, forks or any components (including corrosion) due to improper storage or maintenance, accident, abuse, pilot error, neglect, normal wear, stunt riding, racing, competition, commercial use, rental use, improper assembly, improper fit, improper maintenance, and/or assembly by someone other than an authorized retail supplier, is not covered by this warranty.

Warranty service may be obtained from your authorized retail supplier upon presentation of the bicycle along with Proof of Purchase. The manufacturer reserves the sole right to repair or replace, as it sees fit, any frame or component in satisfaction of its original warranty obligation. Labour and transportation charges are NOT covered under this warranty.


Proper fit of your bicycle ensures hours of healthy comfortable riding. The retailer will help you with making your sizing decision but here are some basic guidelines to go by.

The Trans Canada Trail Foundation is a registered charity created with the sole purpose of enabling us to marvel at the contour and beautyof this great country. The trail winds through every province and territory, linking many of our cities as well as small communities. The land has come from existing trails, old railroads that have been taken up and some from private land owners granting right of way.
